POSTAL APPLICATION
You can send your Visa applications directly to VFS Australia Visa Application
Center, New Delhi for forwarding to the Australian High Commission Visa Office.
We request you to kindly make a note of below mentioned points to avoid any
delay in our forwarding and returning documents.
Please ensure that all fields in your visa application form have been completed
and the forms used for your visa application are of the current design date. To
view / download the current design date forms, kindly visit
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/index.htm.
Please pack your application in cloth lining envelope and further packed in
transparent poly bag to ensure safe delivery.
Applications received with wrong demand draft for either of VFS service charges
and The Australian High Commission visa fee will not be processed and VFS will
not be liable to send back the unprocessed demand draft/documents/application
back to the client.
Check the spellings on demand draft before sending the application.

Please note that if the return address provided by the applicant is not
serviceable through Blue Dart; our VFS Australia Delhi Helpline will give you a
call about the same. This may result in a delay in forwarding your Visa
Application or returning your documents to you. We request you to kindly check
the serviceability of Blue Dart, for the return address by calling us on our
Helpline number 011 – 46523000 or writing to us at
info.auin@vfshelpline.com.
Please ensure that you include separate payments for:

The visa application charge, payable by demand draft in favour of the
“Australian High Commission”, payable at New Delhi.

The VFS service fee payable by separate demand draft in favour of the
“VFS Global Services Pvt Ltd”, payable at New Delhi.
Kindly Note: The
postal applications received at VFS Australia Delhi before 1600 hrs on all
working days will be processed on same day.
